Fallout New Vegas

To all Fallout fans out there I say this New Vegas is by far the best in the series. Fallout 3 was fun but it was missing a few things and what is was missing New Vegas found. I think that it is much more fun to run around and go to vegas then go to D.C. Theirs way more to do in Vegas than thier is to do in Fallout 3. Their is one thing I am curious about though. I am constantly approached by a man who informs me about the blue star caps and that there is a crazy man after them but I have never once been attacked by the crazy man. I wonder if it has to deal with the number of blue star caps you collect?
