I don't get it!

I could just get up off of this couch, walk out into the cruel world, you know in my sweater and shorts and just start walking. Not to anywhere specific... Just, with my own life time's sound track pouring into my ears, I could walk. I could find peace. But I would walk. I could walk anywhere! To my childhood friend's home, to Disney Land, or just to the grocery store. I have two feet and a brain. My feet can take me where ever I want them to. My brain can't take me up into the clouds. But what will I do? I will sit on this couch, and I will continue on with my sedentary lifestyle and forever wonder 'what if'? Why? Because I'm a human.

I agree. But don't you think that it's funny that that's the way most people live?

I'm guessing that you are being sarcastic here.I hope you are. Some people would consider you to be very lucky that you could walk. They might even be angry that you can and choose not to. If you choose not to long enough then you will probably lose the ability to walk as much as you can now and eventually the choice will no longer be yours. You will be stuck on that couch whether you want to be or not. I know people who do choose to sit on their butts and do nothing day in and day out. Yep...their choice but usually those are the people that are being supported by those who choose to work and be productive in our lives...human also.
