have you ever had any trouble sleeping? i do. sometimes. there are some people who just lie down on the bed or anywhere and they automatically fell asleep. but not me. i usually took like half an hour or more before i fell asleep. it really bothers me. what should i do to overcome this problem? if you have some opinions, please do share with me.

I did have trouble sleeping before.
Once I noticed I might have suffered some kind of health problem, I turned to consider my life style and eating habits to see anything I was wrong.
I now do sports regularly, intake more proteins in my diet, have some honey before bed. I can now sleep whole night without waking up, and fall asleep at the time I lay down on bed.

I also have problems with sleeping. Sometimes, I already want to sleep but I can't. And at times that I shouldn't be sleeping, my eyes are dropping. I read e-books, or play games in my mobile phone, or watch movies or TV series. I won't stop unless my eyes are really dropping.

well, my suggestion, try to do yoga or stop thinking about things that bother you, relax your mind by just close it and listen to musi c such as love song/classic/your favorite song.....later on, u didn't notice that u feel asleep hehehe.....Hope these suggestion of mine will help you..

i've tried listening to music but it didn't work for me. in fact, it makes me feel more difficult to sleep cause when i listen to my favourite songs, i tend to sing along in my head. or maybe i should try listening to musics without a singer's voice. do you have any suggestion to a specific musics that i should listen to?
