What do you think about my neighbour

So i have moved to this new home. I value my time alot. I have a neighbour who is a single mum but also hold an important job. After 3 months of being neighbours we finally say hello, then she starts sending food to my home which i really appreciate, after a while she starts to invite me for breakfast a few times. She talks about many guys are chasing after her which i salute her for that though i dont know how far the truth is
sometimes she will talk about her job at how successful she is and many other stories on how lucky and better position she is from me but when i start to talk about my part of story she will either look at her wristwatch to remind me that she is running out of time or my suggestions are not good enough for her or she will just answer in short sentence which neither yes or no and that happen many times when we are together. Sometimes she will ask me to company her to places which i could go on my own without someone to company me .Other times when she sms me and i will reply but not her she will just ignore my sms. So i gave her my benefit of the doubts maybe having important job she could be busy. But this time i think i have enough, last week she called me to join a gathering at her house, i was busy but i made time for her, coincidently i need a mechanic phone number which she herself mention was good according to her on the same day. So i waited for her to give me the phone number till today and i try to figure out, as a person who is educated enough to hold an important position is it that difficult or to much that she can forget my request. Then my mind start to flashback is she all this time trying to show off or is she worried that i might ask any help from her like how she did. Today we bump into each other while taking the elevator and i thought to myself act cold towards her maybe she gets the message. True enough this evening she called to tell me about the mechanic, this is what she says at the end of the conversation, "if i give you his number can you tell him what you need
" but still she have not give me the number yet. So have you come across this kind of species? Any suggestion on how i should teach her a lesson?
