Its so hard to get up early in the morning as you are in the most perfect sleep,in cozy quilt, warm bed.But in no time it is broken when to call of your office hours, your appointments, your kids schools, husbands office time.I am the first one to wake up in my house and later make others awake. How about you?

The wee hours of the night is usually the time I started sleeping. You already feel tired and restless that time so once you get sleep, it would really be soundly and comfortable. It would be better if there's no work or appointment the day after so that you would spend the time sleeping to the fullest. Good day!

Hi swapmind, fortuntely I don't have anyone in my home
that I have to wake up...and as for me I take meds at
night that sometimes have me feeling a little oozie
so I am not obligatd to get up so early...I am on my
own schedule and not anyone elses...
Thank God....

Because we MUST get up, so we feel we sleep the most in that wee hours! :) In fact, we sleep most at at the midnight, I think.
I like you. I usually get up early. But I do exercise. I really want to continue to sleep more but I also want to be a healthy and beautiful girl

Good evening dear mylloter friend swapmind , well it seem that you are a early person like myself , i am starting my work at nine am , but i am working at sixty km( 60 km )so i am every day , from Monday to Frieday , i am waking up at five and a half in the morning , and i am also the first one to wake up , the one who's making the cofee ( Thank God , because if i let my wife make it , i find myself sleeping on the wheel down the road just kidding , but i really need a hard good coffee in the morning ) , and since i am only living with my wife , and my wife is working in her mothers cofee bar , wich opens at eleven in the afternoon , soo i have no need to wake her up , i have actually orders not to disturb her sleep , she's a late sleeper and she kind of gets krankie when i make too much noise , so in the morning , i'm trying to walk , wash , brush , dress , make breakfeast and eat it like a ninja , not to mention my exit has to be as thiner as a cat's ( lowl , i'm just exagerating )
So this is pretty much it i had to writte/say...
I wish you a great evening and a good night sleep.
HosmanF.

Hello swapmind
I am also usually the first to awaken in my household. Well, the first human. Usually my dog is the first to awaken and she comes to let me know that she needs to go outside. I get up and take her then come back and start the day. I try to be quiet so that my sweetie can sleep as long as possible because I know how much I enjoy sleeping in the early morning hours.
