Is it okay to cry?
I'm just want to cry all the pains that I kept inside, my worries and some happy times that been through. Compassion for so many things that I made wrong. I know I can't bring back the time to do the things from wrong to right. I just felt sad I choose the wrong path. Only If I have a choice.
I want to fight and have a good life. I will not allow anyone to hurt me again. I don't need them in my life. It hurts it really hurts but I know God will always there for me.
I really have to thank you all mylot friends for reading this. I just have to vent and release thanks for the support and encouraging words It is really a big help for me.

It's a great therapy to release all the pains, burdens, problems, worries through crying. Even men cry. Crying is not a sign of defeat, it is just an act of letting go all that are inside you that keep on tormenting you. I cry anytime, anywhere I want. You would feel better, after you cried it all.

In my opinion it is very important to vent out pent up feelings.Of course it is okay to cry.It gives an immense sense of relief and lets you feel relaxed after the bout is over.No matter what you have done in life, you can always make amends.I believe in that philosophy.Rather than regretting I would like to move on in life.Of course there are some things we cannot forget and wish we had not done those. These are the moments we should talk to someone and tell him or her our deepest feelings. It really helps eliminate stress.I have tried this technique and it has really helped me to move on with life.I have cried on my own on repenting about a lot of things and after I stop I find a numbness and sense of peace coming over.So cry out your heart aloud.Wish you all the best with your future life. You have done the right thing by talking openly.

Its normal to feel that way when things went wrong.Worries, trouble, pains and burden of life never been easy to get through over them.
You can cry for all those to release the burden in your heart. And that would make you feel better.Stay close to God he he will never leave you in times like this tell him all your woes for he always there to listen and cheer us up when down.
Blessed day ahead!

Yes, of course it's ok to cry. I myself also cry when I am having a big problem. Even we men do cry. hehe. Well, what important is we learn from our mistakes and we should not lose our faith to God. He knows what is happening to us and He has a plan for us. Just be strong and live God in our hearts. Smile my friend coz there will still have a lot of blessings to come in our lives. Take care and God bless!

I think many of us here can relate with this one my friend. There are so many of us who have been thru rough times in our lives, and many of us are continuing to go thru a lot as well. It is OK to cry sometimes or talk about things going on. Holding them in only makes us feel worthless, so go ahead and cry and then move on ahead.
Many times in life God allows us to have a Good cry just to get us to Pray and seek him more and then contemplate our life as a whole, and what we are wanting and plan ahead from there.

I think it is okay to cry and all humans cry sometimes in the life. I think when we cry we will feel better and it is okay to cry in life when we feel hurt. I think when we cry our worries and pain all goes and we will feel better after that.

I would say that it is 100% OK to cry if you feel the need to do so. Men usually find this hard, as I did myself, but on a personal development workshop about 20 years ago, much pain from the past came into my awareness and tears started to flow for the first time since childhood. They felt hot and strange, but I could feel the pain leaving my mind and body, and then felt as if I had moved on from my past pain. It is still not easy to cry, but if something does come up, and I can do it, then I will. It is a healthy and natural response given to us by nature to release pent-up energies. Society doesn't like to see it, so we pick up strange ideas about why it is bad to do it.. Like cowardly, and weak.. But quite often it takes a strong person to cry freely, especially if they have been ridiculed for crying during their younger days.. _Derek

It is okay to cry and release the tension inside you. You can cry as much as you want until you feel okay. Sometimes, keeing it by yourself can affect your health resulting to some illness.
What I can suggest to you is have a sheets of paper, torn it as if it was the one that hurts you teling all your hatred. Keep on tearing the paper until you have already released what's inside. It will be a nice way to release the tension in you.
Good day!

Crying is good when we have a reason to cry. I believe that all of us, with probably some select few, have cried at some time in our lives. Some have cried with just drops of tears; some have cried a river; while some may have cried a bottle of tears. However, all our tears will be seen by our Creator who created us in His own image and likeness. Know well that He will not forsake us.

Instead of regret you might want to go back and revisit the situations that put you in this mood. We are all human and wish we had been smarter in the past but we need to remember that when things go wrong is the best time for lessons. As soon as we have alittle space we can look back and see the lesson, then be thankful. This is life.

Hi lyn, you need hugs and more of it.
It is ok to cry, i do that too when i just have too much inside and there is no other way to let it out but just to cry and after crying i find myself light and i know somehow i sent my worries and pains together with my tears and prayers to God.
Vent it out and pray and somehow it will be fine.

i dont know what should i tell to you. Only thing i have to say, if you are really sad, then dont control your tears. cry it out. i suggest cry alone in your room and sit calm for some time. i think that will give some relax to your mind. if you control your tears then the problem will turn out to a more hurting one for you.

everybody makes wrong decisions at some point in their life.its natural as we are humans. forget the past. start a fresh. go out and do what you like. always be with people who are positive.catch up with old friends and plan an outing.
time is best healer. slowly you will realise that you have become capable of handling situations. best of luck dear. bye
