hi everyone. Many times, we feel so down and sad. We would like to bring out our feelings but there's no one to listen to you because they are all busy with their own difficulties in life. What do you usually do when you are faced with problems and difficulties and have no one to talk to? Your ideas could help me, they are all best appreciated..

we always get these feelings, to free up your mind you could do some meditation or similar sort of things.A physical exercise might help you to calm your mind.It works best when you are angry with someone.Kind of creepy, isn`t is?

When I face problem and difficulties, I will go out for a walk and start thinking of the problem and analysis its pro and con to find the solution. If I still cannot resolve the issue, I will discuss with my closed friends. I don't like getting things sorted in a rush. As long as I am calm, patient and positive, I can clean my mind and get things sorted.

Well, I write in a journal how I feel and why. I include what triggered that emotion. Most of the time, I draw what I'm feeling. It helps me get my mind off things, and it usually makes me feel better. (:

I sit down and try to relax. I try to distract myself with something like watching tv or listening to music. Another good way I "clean" my mind is by playing video games. It takes you mind away from things and usually you will forget about it and focus on the game you are playing.

There are times where I just take a nice step back from everything. Just to all soak it all in, just soak up the entire moment with everything right there. There are just many times where I really just need to just dial it back and really just not do much of anything. That is the key part of life, rest, relax and just go right from there.
There are times where I would like to share my problems with pretty much anyone right in life. However, there is just no one there. So I need to just step back right away from the line and just cope with the entire issue as it is. There are many times where my life if nothing else has been rather tricky. But I can get a lot done right at that point. Sometimes just taking a deep breath and standing back from it all cleans the mind.

Meditate. That's the best way to clean our mind, be free of problems and worries temporarily. More than often, we have to rely on ourselves than to depend on others whenever we are faced with problems. They are not in our shoes, therefore they won't understand what we are going through. On top of that, they are not us, certain advice works but not all due to difference in character. I prefer to jog my problems away, followed by a warm shower bath.

hi raynejasper...
I had gone through such situations. i had to talk to some one, share my sorrows to some one so that i can make my mind relax but unfortunately there were nobody to hear my words. At those situations what i did is i just talk to me by standing in front of mirror. i just talk like talking to my friends who knows nothing about my situations. such acts gives me some relax. I dont know whether this help you but this is what i did.

When I am feeling low or very angry with the entire world I turn to God and accost him and demand Him why this happens to me alone .Afterconversing with God I feel Ihave given all my troubles to the Almighty and feel free .

Having no one to talk is one of the reason i'm here in mylot. Here i can tell people my probs, and somebody might lent me a hand, or at least offer some comforting words. i also can talk my heart out, because nobody know me here personally.
when i'm upset, i tend to shut myself in my room, listening to rock/hip hop in full volume (with headset, ok?). it is not good for my ear in the long run, but that somehow make my mind shift from the probs a bit. i'm not into getting drunk.

My house is a ten minute drive to the beach with a shoreline that stretches forever. For a really good refresher for the mind I go for a long wandering walk with a friend. I have a shower from the salty spray, have something to eat, and then write again. If you want to write, don't think so much about it and just write.

Chatting with simsimi or cleverbot. just kidding. Try sleeping, i always do that and it keeps my mind fresh and relax just like after a bath. Then after that i'am gonna face my problem now and solve it because after all, it is my problem. I know that it is given to me because i can find a solution.

When I feel sad and down. That's no others best thing to do, but prayer. Stop for a while, concentrate with prayer. Remember also about fate, and destiny. You can feel that you're not alone, there's so many of those who feel sad.
And you can also doing your hobbies, or useful things.
