I don't know if it because I'm a filipino that's why I want pacquio to win. But I think the game is rig or fixed if you ask me. Because its clearly show that pacman is the winner but I'm wondering why its bradley win. What do you think happen? Did really bradley win? How did bradley win? On what rounds? I don't like pacquio and bradley to have a rematch. For me if the fight is fix then its useless to watch it again.

I had watched up to the 3rd round only as I had to go somewhere that afternoon. Before I finished the 3rd round, I received the news that he didn't win. I was thinking maybe he didn't perform well towards the later round because until round 3, in my personal opinion, I think he was winning. But as I read reviews of the fight, many people believed that Manny should have won the title. I'm sure Bradley is aware of these comments. Though he won, the people go for Manny. Let Bradley keep the title. Let Manny be the true winner for the many.

But what if the fight is fix and many know it. If you see his reaction and when you see later rounds as if he is tired and its seems he is not serious in winning the fight. I guess this is a clear sign of fix game. Because this two boxers is run by the same promoter and theirs a rematch clause in it.

I watched the fight. Well, as with any other Filipino, I would always root for our own. We've watched some of the highlights of Bradley before the fight with Pacquiao, and we were a bit worried because Bradley really is bigger than Pacquiao, so he might definitely have packed a lot into his punches. But if you study the way Bradley would punch, and how quick Pacquiao is, you wouldn't have much to worry about when it comes to Pacquiao. Probably, the only think you'd worry about is Pacquiao getting hurt because Bradley ALWAYS accidentally headbutts his opponent, and that might cause Pacquiao to get hurt instead of the usual blows. But judging from the fights, and backed up by the scores, you would know that Bradley didn't punch much. He would punch, but it looked like he was banking on Pacquiao's stamina, probably hoping he could tire Manny out if he threw a lot of body punches. It's quite sad to see what the punch stats say, and even what the unofficial scorecard says. But if three judges have the final say, then there's really not much to do about anything. For a rematch to be set with tickets selling the next day, I think it had been agreed upon before the fight date that whatever happens, if Manny wins or loses, there will be a rematch. I didn't like the sound of it at first until I realized, okay, they probably worked this into the contract. So, yeah, I'm willing to watch the rematch. I do want to see if the judges will score the same way again. I hope they actually confer with each other before throwing in some god-knows-where-they-based-it-on score.

I don't like next fight with bradley and I don't think its going to sell at all. Because I do believe if its going to happen (rematch) theirs only few who going to watch it. I don't think their will be a big fans who is going to watch a fix or rig fight again.

I think manny has lost his "game". he is not as zealous as he used to be in the fights. we all have watched his fights and it is not like him this fight and his previous fight with marquez... both have shown that he was kind of doing it for the money. Well, i want him to win but it was also a bit clear that he was not himself and looked as if he just was waiting for the round to end, nothing more.

I believe its a fix game. I guess he really can bet bradley but since if he wins then their will be no other boxers that he can fight with. I guess that's the main reason why theirs a rematch clause. If theirs no rematch clause then I'm sure he going to make sure he wins.

Like millions of people around the world, especially Filipinos and foreign viewers, I knew that the fight clearly was Manny's; but the judges believed otherwise. Anyway, some have speculated that the previous fight had to go to Bradley in order to honor Manny's contract with Bob Arum, which stated something about a rematch with Bradley. And since this is the last year of Manny with manager Bob Arum, he has to make good of this contract. This is somewhat of a delaying tactic, since by November on their rematch fight, the winner has to be Manny in order for either a Pacquiao-Mayweather or a Pacquiao-Marquez fight to be possible. After these speculations, I was quite disappointed not only after the judges decided to declare Bradley as the winner, but also that this boxing sport is going dirty and Manny had to be the victim or at least, had to take part in this.

hi bulastika. i watched the fight with a couple of friends a tone of the hotels in manila that offered it. was happy that i got a free pass since one of my friends shouldered the cost of watching the fight in a hotel. i was even able to mylot during the fight. here is the discussion thread i started before the fight that eventually became an in-game thread, http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2667263.aspx. here is my thought on the fight after the result was announced, http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2667383.aspx. like what i wrote, i think the result of bradley winning the match made more 'business sense' than pacquiao winning this one. i had pacquiao win the majority of the rounds. i had it 10-2 or 10-3 rounds at the most for pacquiao. anyway, really surprised about the result of the fight but i'm looking forward to the beatdown that pacquiao will give bradley in their rematch.

It is interesting to find out if there really is a game-fixing because I didn't watch the fight since it was held on a Sunday. I think there's something going with God's blessing in it. One of the things we learn is to put our trust in God rather than in Pacquiao. As Pacquiao says after the fight, "It is God's will." Anyway, let's wait for the rematch and see if there really is an intentional game-fixing. My you have a great day ahead. Blessings to you.

I was already informed that manny lost in the pay per view while I was still watching the bout at Channel 7 but i refused to believe it since I can clearly see whose landing more punches and whose hurting as the bout is progressing. I must have sound like an idiot shouting as manny almost knocked out bradley several times with his power punches. And like everyone else, I was surprised when the ring announcer said there's a new champion. Personally, I think Manny should have won that fight, even a lot of pros are saying so. But then the decision was made and i guess that's already final not unless someone protests and the decision will be overturned by the commissioning body.

Quite a controversy this fight has started. First of all, I understand that Marquez vs Pacquiao also had its controversy but that fight was very close, the Pacquiao vs Bradley was just totally one sided that no one could give it to Bradley. Many professional sites, from ESPN, Yahoo.sports all had Pac winning atleast 9 rounds. People who understand the sport, even from a different promotion company such as Oscar De La hoya and Lennox Lewis all had Pac winning the fight. Even the president of UFC a totally different sport who is a PPV competitor had pac winning and called the Nevada athletic commission a joke. The stats spoke for itself, Manny smiling the whole fight winking showed he knew he was winning, the corner for Bradley made started spreading "broken leg" in the 6-9 rounds so that they had a reason for his loss after the fight. Bradley had his head down after the fight, saying to Bob Arum he couldn't beat Manny. It was only till he heard the first decision for Bradley he got his head up then when he won claimed he was winning. Finally the score cards were posted, it was clear the the two judges who had Bradley winning, DIDN'T even AGREE to THE SAME rounds. Sports reporter ring sides claimed Pac's Punches were hard you can hear them ringside and those judges must have been deaf or blind. Totally Ridiculous.

Hi buastika! I have the same sentiment with most of the Filipino. Actually, I stand up already after the fight and went to the kitchen, my daughter following me and we sat to have our snack. Okay, Manny won the game anyway, we thought. But we were shock when we hear the announcer said, and the new... what? and ran back to the TV. I felt so sad but, it is part of every game. We have to learn to accept defeat.
