Try to look at the frequently answered question (faq) section at the bottom part of the site to understand this site more instead of asking. Just remember when posting a discussion or commenting, it is quality over quantity. It means that the number of your post doesn't matter but what matters is your post.

oh i see now i understand why my earnings is still low even if i have a hundreds of post because some of my comments there are not so useful.

I'm not sure what you mean by "real money" but just stay active on here. Respond to different discussions, and start some of your own. Also tasks can be a nice way to increase your earnings on h ere. Some are not worth the money, but some are very easy and have high payouts. Just keep an eye out for them. Also, get as many referrals as possible.
