How to increase my chance of being hired in oDesk

I also work on odesk, and did finally get a couple of jobs. It seemed a little slow at first but I finally completed my profile and took several of the tests. Just take as many tests as you can to prove that you have the skill sets the clients are looking for. That should help. Also try applying for a few smaller jobs before going for the big, long term projects. Hope that helps!

that's my query too and until now im still pitch black on the transactions there. i read some reviews and things related to how to get hired there. i also took a test and i was just glad that i passed. i think i had to study first so i can pass more tests.let's just take that one step at a time. i believe that luck will just knock right at our doors.
