Kanashibari "Sleep paralysis...." Have you ever experienced it?

I experienced this when i was with my previous company. Your caught in a dream, you know it's a dream but you can't wake up no matter how hard you try. Scary thing is that you can't move also... Ever experienced this?

Yes! I have experienced that before many times. At first it was really scary. But I got used to it eventually. What I usually do is first, I try to fight it. If I can't fight, then I would just will myself to relax and then try to wake again after a few moments. It works.

Yeah scary right? I thought i was going to die... Thank God, i'm okay. Lol
It feels like a nightmare on Elm street.
