Can PR 1 Blog Get Job On Paid To Review Program?

I've followed some various PTR (Paid to Review) programs, but i never get a job over this year. Actually, I just have a blog with PR 1. Many people said that to get a job on PTR, at least we should have a blog with PR 3. Blogvertise, payperpost, reviewme, sponsoredreviews and the last one i joined postsgenius, but i have also never get a job even though my blog is at all approve to join them. Can anyone give me advise, what should I do to get a job on PTR Site, although I only have PR 1 Blog. Because even this year, though I've done a variety of ways to improve it, to look for quality backlink, link building, social bookmarking, blogwalking, etc, no changes. So guys, i really need your help. I really want to earn money from PTR. I'm just curious...
