ranting when you least expect it

Have you ever caught yourself ranting about something stupid (or serious) to a random stranger, a friend, or family member and didn't realize what you were doing until they started staring at you like you were crazy? I certainly have. It seems lately I love to rant about things and I've lost some control on when and where I do it. Its also about something little or stupid but sometimes it's a big world issue that I get caught up in. I guess it's all the frustration building up inside me.
