I can not beleive This Guy!!

As you know I tried to work at home from my older job before setting appointments and the sales guy from the office said he would pay me 30 dollars per appointment ha! I made him several appointments and I set I know way over 20!! I maybe got paid 60!!! Then I went off on him and he said some of them did not count but if we were in the office it would have counted so I told him forget this! Then he said O I will pay you on Friday then he said no on Tuesday then he changed that from the 1st and the 15th I told him forget this!! I have better things to do with my time and he said well you think about it and I will bring you your money the next morning which was Friday and He never called never showed up! That was like I don't know maybe two months ago? Not sure? Then yesterday he has the b...ls to call me? And ask are you working? I told his stupid a....s Yea I start work next weeek and I don't play that! You never paid me okay and he said o I was thinking of how I could get your money to you! What a dumb a...s okay!! Then he has the nerve to ask me to go back to work there for 8 dollars an hour? I will n=be making almost 13 an hour where I am going why would I go there? Duh!! He said well think about it and call me over the weekend! Do you agree with me that this guy is stupid?

I am sorry to hear that you are having such a disagreeable time with the guy who is not honoring the agreement the two of you made regarding the appointments you set, jahernandezrivas. I cannot imagine how frustrating this is for you.
I don't know if the guy is stupid -- after all, he got you do do work for him without having to pay you what he agreed.
He may just be used to getting his way.

Yeah he is stupid to think that I would even talk to him after that but yesterday when my phone rang I did not see the caller i.d. and If I would have knwon it was him I would not have answered it! And me and two other of my friends worked there and we all quit! He is stupid because we would set the appointments for him and the customers would call the office and said they waited and waited for him and he did not even call them to explain why!!

He definately does not sound an honorable person, and it's hurting his business as well as other relationships. You are better off not working for him.

He is definitely an IDIOT! I would tell him to forget any business between him and myself until you are paid the money he already owes you. That's what about $600. Ya, when I see the money I am owed then we can talk. I wouldn't tell him I have another job or anything. Not of his business! Pay me what you owe me and then we can talk! End of story!

Make an arrangement to go collect what's owed to you before you negotiate or arrange anything else with this Guy..He has you on the hook as things are,there's no point in going back to work for him if he has yet to pay for the last job..
And why would he think You might work for him again if this is how he behaves?

That's one of the biggest drawbacks in working for yourself....getting people to actually pay you for your work. I used to do a lot of work on my own and those kinds of situations just burned me. Honestly, I just would not answer the phone when this guy calls. I know you are hoping to get paid but I doubt he has any intent on paying you and if he did, he would find a way to just pay you.

He still have the guts to call and tell you "think about it" -lols
after he did not pay you- the nerve.
I can't imagine how people like him think and why they exists. :xx

He is the stupid one! He should pay you first then tell you to think about working for him again. How ridiculous...
I have had an issue sort of like this with my childcare service. This girl calls me to watch her children. She asked at 11pm. She was dropping them off at 6am the next morning. I agreed and she didn't call or show up!!! She finally called 2 hours later and said her ride never showed up but she would need me later that day at 5pm. I said okay things happen that is fine. I waited and waited and called her back at 6pm and she sent my calls to voicemail every time. She really ticked me off because that was 2 times in one day that she stood me up.
The next week she had the nerve to call & ask me again to babysit! I went off on her and told her I do not deal with no shows at all and she was a very rude person to do that to me twice in one day! I hung up on her and thank God she never called again.
I hate rude and stupid people like that. They have some nerve doing things like this.
