Hans Zimmer - one of the greatest film composers today

I personall feel that German composer Hans Zimmer is one of the best if not the best composer in the world today. Movies that he has worked on are Angels & Demons, Armageddon, Inception and many others. But in my opinion his greates score is for the movie "The Last Samurai". It was a shame that he didn't earn an Academy Award nomination for that one.
