These few days, I had a hard time to sleep. IN my time right it is already 2 am! YES! I am still so energetic! What's the best remedy or intervention for a sleepless night?

Well there are many tips for having a better sleep at night.
Most important probably is to get into that routine. Go to bed at 9pm, get up at 6pm and do it like that every night. If you change it around, you are sure to have problems.
More tips would include not watching TV an hour or more before bedtime, and not eating too close to bedtime either, unless you're starving and the feeling of hunger is what's keeping you up.
No coffee before bedtime!

- No sweet stuff! (no sugar!)
- No coffee!
- No tea!
- Lay down on a comfortable bed, in a warm enough food. Make sure it's not too cold and not too hot.
- Eat 2-1 hours before you go to sleep so You won't get hungry.
Now, if these don't help- I suggest you go see a doctor. Sometimes it's just because your brain is busy with too many thoughts, and sometimes it's chronic... he might give you sleeping pills if you need it. Good luck!
