9 year old needs better friends

what is the easiest way for my 9 yr old to make better friends. the girls she hangs out with or wants to because i dont like her to are hot and cold and sometimes nice and other not. i never went throught this at her age i just kept to myself but she wants like a miillion friends and is not picky how can i help her edit?

You can't choose her friends for he. You can tell her not to hang out with certain people if they are a bad influence on her. My best advice is to tell her what the idea friend would be, and see if she chooses based on that.
