My mom send me a message to look for a soap that she loved, Likas Papaya. . Since I have my SM Advantage Card with me. I go first at SM. But when I am already in the Soap section. I can't find even 1 product of Likas Papaya. I exit and go to the next Grocery which is Puregold.
When I am already in Puregold. I can't find any Likas Papaya either. I don't know what happen to Likas Payaya. Do you have any idea? Why is Likas Papaya not available in the market nowadays?

That's a shame, if Likas Papaya Soap is now phased-out. I used that soap a lot back in the 90s. My skin really benefited from it. Now, I'm sad . Will try and look for it at the grocery I go to. Hopefully I find it and it's available there.

hi syoti20. Many beauty/whitening soaps are emerging in the market nowadays and they are much cheaper than Likas Papaya that's why the market share of this product is getting smaller. But you can still find stores that sell it. I think trinoma grocery still has it. You may also try in watsons or SM Health and Beauty Section.

If you can not find the soap in the supermarket, you better try the sari-sari store because they could still have these products. Why should you care going to a department store when there are papaya plants in your backyard.Just sliced the papaya leaves with you handy knife and cut it just as convenient your hand can handle
and take 6 pieces, then crumple it one by one and make it ready for you taking a bath
because you have the natural way to make you look fairer, than buying those whitening
lotions or soap which has the same ingredients as the papaya extract from the papaya leaves.Try it and you would wonder that it is more fun to use the natural way than using the synthetic lotion or soap in the market.I wish I have help you solve your problem..............

Hmm.. Just went to the grocery and could still find a lot of those stuff there. I used to try that one but thought it was just too expensive and I can find other ways and means for skin lightening (not that I need it) hehe..
But my aunt is a great fan and have been using this for years. She did complain to me several times that it seems that they keep cutting short (out-of-stock) on the markets. Which is why, while she was here, I used to buy her 3-4 each time I went to the store. I also used Ivory (the floating one) and it's the same, keeps on going out-of-stock, so I also bought more each time I went to the grocery.
Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

I am not using that product or brand but I have seen those in grocery stores.
If you cannot find in any supermarkets maybe you can try from Mercury or other malls.

My sister used this when she was in high school. If you can't find it anywhere, why not try other brands. There are many papaya soaps available in the market. Happy mylotting!

I think it's still available in Walter Mart and Landmark here in Makati. Try to visit those 2 supermarket. Likas Papaya is proven to make skin smooth and helps your skin to become blemish free.

I am not aware there is no likas papaya anymore on those groceries. Why not try in stores exclusively for shampoos and other beauty products. I forgot the name of the store I see inside the mall. It's a big name actually. Or Try hortaleza. If I remember it right now it's another store for beauty products. I usually buy their before with a friend. We have that here in kalentong in sta ana manila and also in Guadalupe mall. There are so many other branches. Or try other groceries, the small groceries. Maybe they have old stock there
