i made a copy of all my different account numbers or details

since i often need to have a copy of my bank, atm account and card account numbers, i have decided to type them in my msword on my tablet and then i made a screen shot. because every time i talk with people for some things they would require me to tell them my bank account info and etc. and so i would tell them to wait and hold on as i will tell get my atm or my cellphone number. So now i have copy of all of them in a screenshot. since i bring my tablet most of the time it is the best place to see my other important details . i will just look up my pictures and look for that screen shot. it is more convenient. and i have a copy saved on my msword also. but i would use more the screenshot as it is more easy to open for me. so everytime someone would need my info it will surely be fast to give it to them.

Once I had to send email a scaned copy my national identity card to retrieve my password in a site. Actually infos can punish us if we dont preserve them with much care.

That doesn't sound like a very good idea...for one, you could lose your tablet, or have it stolen, and then all your details are right there for the taking! As well, if you saved it on MSword on your computer, if you got a virus that copies your information, or somebody got on your computer, or somebody stole your computer, your details are still there for the taking...it's just very bad!
if you need a physical copy of your details, try writing them down on a piece of paper, or encrypting them on your computer, or even creating a cipher that only you can read. Other than that, there's no harm in having people wait for your info; they're very used to that.
