i'm planning to start an online shop. Do you have any idea how i can use my atm account to receive payments from my online buyers

I'm located in the Philippines and only few here have paypal account because as we all know paypal uses a dollar currency. this is as far as i'm concerned.

Shopping online mean everyone can buy / sell, not just your country. When someone intend to buy something, they gonna use Credit card or financial service sites, like: Paypal, Payza, moneybooker etc. So, as long your buyer had it, all transaction can be done even you using different currency.
But remember, calculate list below before start selling:
1. shipping / delivery cost
2. currency exchange (for pricing purpose), if you not using dollar as main currency

I would have to say paypal is most likely your best bet.
