Apple cedar vinegar or any vinegar can really help in weight loss. How? according to articles that I read, dipping your bread lightly in a vinegar can help or can slower the digestion of the food making feel full longer. That is na main reason why vinegar can help in weight loss.

You are just dipping the bread in vinegar just to avoid sipping it directly, but vinegar is the one that is really helping our body in weight loss due to it slowers the digestion of the food in our tummy making us feel full for longer time.

Apple cider is well known as one of those substances people use to create their own home-made detox drinks. I myself is not that "friendly" with vinegar. I tend to go to the toilet often.
