I just got this Blackberry Bold 9900 about a month or so ago. It kept freezing like no tomorrow, and I was really getting pissed. I ws ready to take it back and throw it in their face. My sisters boyfriend has the same phone, and my sister had asked him. So she took the phone over, and he fiddled and now its fixed. He wrote it all down for me, as he has this problem all the time and you have to reset it all back.

Wow thats nice. Also if its new you could return it to where you bought it as the manufacturer gives a year warranty and sometimes with blackberry ive seen they also offer 2 and 3 years warranty.

(^^)Its very good when we know someone who can fixed it free with no charge~(^^) Remind me when my laptop's OS get corrupted thank god there was friend to asked for soem help. But now if the same thing happen I think I might need to bring it to the shop. Anyway my sis got some problem with her BB phone too and she brought the phone back to the shop and they fixed it for her. It seems that every BB user will need to face it~(^^)(^^)

Sometimes cellphones just need to be broken in. There is nothing more unsure than a new cellphone. It does not matter what the carrier/maker is. Cellphones provide uncertain service by nature of the product itself. I am glad you were able to find someone that could help you with your device. Sometimes the problem is as simple as resetting it. Hopefully your phone won't give you any other problems you cannot handle.

Sounds to me as if that would become a real annoyance. You think they'd have taken the phone off the market and fixed the problem , then rereleased it. Well either way atleast you know what to do with it, though resetting the phone all the time will become annoying. That would be taking out all contacts, right?

Hi, nice to hear that. Good thing that your sister's boyfriend is nice to fix your phone. I also have problem with cellphone right now. I left my phone when I visited my parents last Holiday so I was forced to use my old Nokia N70. I didn't realized that it was already broken. Something wrong with it LCD. When I asked my husband, he said he didn't realized that his niece got the phone and play with it. So currently, I can't really use it since I can't see nothing on its screen. My husband is a technician and he can actually repair this for me but because he is also busy with his job, he doesn't have the time to fix my phone for me. Maybe your sister's boyfriend could help me? :D just kidding
