I just watched "BANDILA" (flag) a news oriented show on TV and one of their health news caught my attention.
They say people who sleep enough at night time and wakes up early in the morning or known as morning people have a very positive outlook in life while the night owls or people who can't sleep at night time and sleep instead during the daytime have the opposite view in life of those morning peoples.
I think this one is true. Because, I, myself is a night owl. I work during the night time and sleep during the daytime. I can't help it but feels so negative in life. But you know, its just the matter of how you handle such situation. When I feel down and negative, I then console myself and said... its just a test of faith and strength then I'll be back to normal again! :)
Your ideas and thoughts are very welcome.

I used to be a night owl for many decades (a bad habit) and always had a hard time getting up the next morning. As of late, I have been working hard to change that situation and am happy to say that it has been very beneficial. I have found it so amazing that I even wrote an article on it. What I found very interesting in my research is that great men of faith like Abraham, the prophets and Jesus all got up early in the morning. Jesus, even got up while it was still dark. Now I am a believer of the wise saying: "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise."

I, myself is really working hard on this one. I really want to be a morning person because I feel like if I wake up early and witness the sun goes up every morning will make me feel amazing! :)

I just saw an article on the news that many people who live a long life get a lot of sleep, at least 8 hours. I'm going to keep working on trying to be in bed before 11 PM. It would be a lot easier if I didn't have a computer.

I worked on a call center before and was on a graveyard shift for 1 year. I used to sleep in the morning and use to wake up with headache and exhaustion. I can only sleep for 4 hours in the morning, and true it is not healthy.
When it comes to my outlook in life, I don't think that my sleeping time has affected it. Maybe it depends on what kind of person you are and what's your personal goals as a person.

I always woke up late even when i go to school before. For short i go late to the class as always. I don't want the same thing happen again to my future job. So ill go start a lifestyle change.

Hi ed, i am a morning bird and positive person, you know about my positive attitude very well, sad to know you are night owl and have negative thoughts due to it. Come out from your negative thoughts and have self confidence about yourself to achieve a lot in your life. All the best
