College money... How can I make more money?

I need to save money college but I'm still in high school. I need something I can do after school. I am willing to do pretty much anything. I just need to get on it. Any suggestions to start rolling in the dough? College is very important and I don't know how to get started and I need help. I've applied everywhere, but I feel like i can do something else. What can a sixteen year old do to earn some cash?

good day majorbandgeek,
with reference to your query, i guess having an online job can help you somehow to earn money. as earnings based on online jobs are quite good if you will really work for it. aside from that if you have the passion in working via online, for sure, you will gonna earn that much. what important is, you are passionate to do it.

I was 15 when i went to college and i believe me I was already earning money at the time. I worked as a virtual assistant to a canadian company (summer job) but luckily my employer allowed me to work at the same time study. There are lots ways to earn money online. One great example is Mylot :).

Waitressing is an excellent job if you find the right place that is busy and you are a people person!! I waitressed at a local chinese restaurant when i was in high school and for a 4 hour shift I could make 40-60 dollars in tips on an average night, plus you get a paycheck. The paycheck isn't much because of the amount of tips but then you always have cash on hand. That job helped me GREATLY for paying for college. Then in college I bartended and made good money also

Hi Majorbandgeek! At your age of 16 I think it would be difficult to have an online job because it has age requirement. Maybe you could put up a small business in your home to have money. As for me, way back college in order to have money I sell stuffs that are needed for exams, most of the time I sell food. Some tips, I hope I helped you.

When i was 16 i just know to study only, go from home to school and go back home only...i know to earn money when i was 23, after graduate univ. ..
It is nice when you do worry about your future later and wanna to earn money since now. I think you can get part time job in your place. One more, you can earn extra money online. Of course it is not much but we still do connect computer with internet, then we can earn some extra cash from it, right?
Earning money is good, but better you should not forget your task, it is studying.

I did do part time job while I am studying.I do worked in a fastfood after school hours.There are some fastfoods who offers part time jobs for students like you so should give it a try, maybe it could help.
