What do the authorities say?
You need to be in a safe place, have you got one?
Talk to some of your neighbors and see what they are doing, especially older people, as they have much experience dealing with typhoons.
All the best!

I have got a safe place to stay and that is my apartment. The authority is instructing not to go outside the house on that day. Also they instructed to stock food for few days so that we do not face any difficulty to get the food during these couple of days.
Yes,i will definitely discuss this with neighbors.I have one old lady friend,i will discuss it with her.You are right.Your points are valid.

Good! Listen to the weather updates and keep listening to the news in case the authorities issue important instructions. Stock up on food and water for enough days to outlast the storm. Have a wind-up radio that you can use in case the electricity goes out. Have a flashlight, some medical supplies and whatever other supplies might be useful. Remember that your life and the life of your wife are very important, so put safety first.
I wish you well and keep us updated.
