Is LOTR a better book than Harry Potter ?

I think it is, cuz its more like....serious and rowling's copied a lot of things from it!

I am a HUGE fan of Harry Potter.. I can't get into the Lord of the Ring series.. I find his writing style to be very long and boring. I loved the movies though! Just can't read his books..

Yeah i understand that, but that's what i LIKE about LOTR. Its descriptions make it seem more real and less like a children's book

I would find it very hard to say which I would like better I am a fan of both Lord Of The Rings and Harry Potter.
