After a month eating fishes, i miss eating Vietnamese fried spring rolls, then i decided to make it today.
Hmmmm you may ask me what is Vietnamese fried spring rolls? I see one guy post the video how to make it in youtube, so that you guys can see it in here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKMGstzmMmM&feature=related (not referral link).
In fact, i don't put shrimp in my fried spring rolls, but it is still ok...
I eat it with a fish sauces (nuoc mam)...wow..it is so so yummy... and all my 4 cats love to eat it also.

I love spring rolls, too! And there are Vietnamese restaurants over here in the Philippines!

Oh, really? i went to china but i haven't had a chance to eat Chinese spring rolls yet. I do eat Vietnamese type only. It is easy to make it and doesn't take much time also. You can try to make it.
Ah, one more, when we eat it, we need fish sauce that made in Vietnam only, however you can buy fish sauce in china also, i think.

I eat them at a restaurant. But I want to know how to make them. I know they're descended from Chinese spring rolls but have a unique twist (namely the filling.)

It looks yummy Ryan. I wonder if there's anyone selling Vietnamese spring rolls in our area. And I bet your version of Vietnamese spring rolls are also very tasty, even your cats love it. I can imagine food right now.
