If you're getting bigger than you should be, then you should try to cut back on the amount of food that you're eating. If you don't think that you want to do this, then perhaps you could try to do more exercise as well, as this would mean that you could earn the food that you're eating rather than just depriving yourself of it completely. I much prefer to earn my food rather than cut it out, as you feel healthier in the long term because of the exercise, and you are also able to eat pretty much the same amount as you did in the past so it doesn't even feel as though you're dieting.

Hello bubblyapple
I have this very same problem with starting to spread from the petite to the not-so-petite. I have taken some measures to stop this invasion of my body snatching.
For one thing, I only eat the one Big Mac instead of my normal three. Also, I just get the medium french fry insead of the super size. Also, I only get either the Soda or the Milk Shake, but not both!
I have stopped buying the large bag of the Peanut M&M's, and only get the medium, and I make myself to eat it over a couple of days instead of one pack a day.
Cutting back in ways like this has helped me.
Also, the riding the bicycle more, and the walking is a way for me to get the exercise.

You know most person after they reach at the age of 20 their metabolism becomes slower that's why most of the person except those who engage in sports or go to the gym regularly, they still have burned the calories that they consume. If you are not engage in any physical activities well you must, so that you still have to enjoy eating the food you like and not gaining any inches in your waist line.

Hi there.
A lot of chubby people who have practiced the "after 6" regimen said that this is effective. Personally, I haven't tried it but you might like to check it out. It's an eating routine wherein one needs to avoid eating after 6 in the evening. On the first week, you might need to eat earlier like 6 to 6:30 pm. Then adjust your dinner time earlier on the following week, and so on.
Avoiding too much intake of carbohydrates might also do the trick. You may also want to try the "fruit diet" & water therapy; wherein you have to eat a lot of fruits and less rice or bread. Also, in-between meals especially junk foods and burgers. You can replace them by drinking much water. Further, there are those who said that it is alright to pig out, as long as you can shed them through exercise - vigorous exercise.
It's all up to you. Just don't do any crash diet, okay. Anyway, good luck.

It's like you are talking about me! I want my old thin self back. Mind you, I am not fat, but getting chubbier than I was. I think you and me, we should drinks fluids more. Drink soup before lunch and dinner. Have juices instead of snacks. When you feel you are getting hungry, but you shouldn't be, you just ate a little while ago [like I do], distract yourself with something else.
Decrease your meal portions, and try to eat as healthy as possible. If you get success, please let me know what you did, so I can implement that too.

Do not over flow with food. Eat a big portion so that way you wont feel the need eat for the rest of the day. Do a little exercise each day.
