Why would I spend my money on disgusting, greasy pizza when I can either buy delicious pizza from local restaurants or make my own? Find a good local place that uses quality ingredients or make your own rather than buy that stuff that the national chains sell. Then, you will discover not only that pizza doesn't make you sick but also what good pizza tastes like.

I have found that if you order the pizza with light cheese, light sauce, and lighter toppings it cuts down on the amount of grease on the pizza. Also if you choose veggies over the meats there is less grease to up set your stomach. These are what I have to do since my Gallbladder does not work anymore, so grease from eats hurt my stomach really bad. Some of the thicker crusts have too much yeast and that can upset some peoples stomach who are sensitive to gluten. Also try making the pizza yourself, there are many different ways to try to make it to where it won't hurt your stomach.

Pizza is one of those things that can either be very healthy or very unhealthy. For example, if you have it on a thin base then you can use tomatoes to make the sauce which are good for you, and can then top it with lots of vegetables and healthy low fat meat. There is no need at all for it to be unhealthy, because you don't have to cook it in high fat oil. It is the way in which it is cooked that would cause this, and there is the opportunity that you could actually make it a very nice, healthy and nutritious meal for yourself.

You could be getting sick after eating pizza due to many different reasons. First, I must ask you, do you always eat pizza from the same place? Then I can only say, change it, go try pizza at some other place. If you are ordering from different places, maybe something in the pizza is not suiting your stomach. It could be the base, in which case you should try pizzas that have healthier bases, like whole-wheat, brown-bread, etc. Try changing the ingredients of the pizza.
And one more thing, decrease the amount of times you have pizza. Do not eat it more than 2-3 times a month. See how this affects your health and maybe you can find out why exactly pizza is upsetting your stomach.

we should rarely have these kind of food which has less fibre because fibre helps for good bowl movements and makes digestion easy.
when we have these kind of low or no fibre food because it causes constipation and if it we ignore it it results in piles and fistula.

I think it depends on which pizza has more grease. If you have leftover pizza, you can always grease more of that fat out by microwaving it, but it destroys the flavor and texture.

It is greasy. I tend to pat it down with a paper towel before eating it. Also, making homemade pizza is a lot healthier and cheaper too.
