Is it possible to add money to Paypal without verifying a credit card or bank account? I have neither and I'm trying to add money to my Paypal. Will the money I earned on Mylot be transfered to my Paypal account or will it fail to be transfered? D:

what if I use my earnings on paypal to buy online without it having verified? Is it possible also? Can I transfer funds to other paypal user even my account is not yet verified?if yes, do the other user can actually know that he/she receives an amount from an unverified account? How?

being unverified like my paypal account, I still can receive funds transfer from other paypal user. but when you want to transfer to others, there is a limit which you can see from your account details.
If you use only for buying online for some virtual goods like access to certain webs which charge you only for USD 1, I think it is still possible to use this unverified account as I understand there is still a limit where you still can transfer.

I earn from mylot two times using my unverified paypal account, so the answer is Yes, you can receive money from mylot using unverified paypal account.

PayPal is a payment processor, not a bank. In order to make full use of it, you have to 'connect' it with a bank account or a credit card. This is called 'verification'.
If you are receiving money from a site like MyLot, then you can receive it but you won't be able to withdraw it as cash. There are very few sites which will accept online payments from PayPal unless your account is verified (that is, associated with a bank or credit card account), so, even if you can receive money, you will be very unlikely to be able to spend it unless you have a bank account which you can use to 'verify' your PayPal account.
According to your profile, you are of an age to be able to open a basic, current account. If you don't do so, very few (offline) jobs will be able to pay you and you won't be able to use your PayPal earnings online in many places.

This is a great answer! (: I don't need Paypal to convert my online earnings into cash I can spend in the real world xP I just need it to spend on the internet. :D

I think you can, but I'm pretty sure there are sending and receiving limits , which as the name suggests means that you can add money to your account only to a small amount at a time. May be that's to prevent people form holding huge amount of money in virtual account with out letting the income tax people know. Of course that's just conjecture . I'm quite sure about the limits though, because I remember receiving a notification that said :'sending and receiving limits have been removed from your PayPal account' as soon as I added a bank account and entered my PAN .
PAN stands for Permanent Account Number , Its issued by the Income tax department for everyone who wishes to receive any major payment in India(that's where I am). Every time a transaction is made on my account it is registered with the my PAN , all that amount is summed up with my income and that determines the Income tax I'll be paying. This procedure is compulsory for every organisation or individual operating in India even PayPal . I think I've said more than I should but it might help if you have that kind of system in your country .

You probably need some sort of card or bank account. Call their customer service and they should be able to give you some options.
