Well, I think there is only one food that is good in every way, shape and form.
That is ... eggs!
They're versatile, they're nutritious, they form part of most anything from cake to salad to filling to quiche, they keep you healthy and strong, and they can be made in a hundred different ways.
Life would simply not be the same without eggs.
I'm starting to think my day isn't the same if I don't start with eggs with breakfast.
Just wanted to give acknowledgement to that wonderfood, eggs :)

Its stuff like this that makes me wonder: how are vegetarians living? I mean forget about anything else , a ton of recipes are indispensable without eggs .
Nutrition wise , eggs have the most biological value for human being than any other kind of natural food not even milk has more BE. Biological value is determined by how much of the food is digested and how much of the mass of the food we eat is actually used.
In case of eggs its more than anything else almost the entire egg is digested down to every bit , except for the shell of course along with some other stuff too small to be acknowledged.
So in a way this proof that Human Beings were made to eat eggs literally and eggs for made just to devoured by us, along with giving rise to :
chicken/egg creators/direct food

I think vegetarians eat eggs. It is vegans that don´t eat them. I wonder about that too. I mean, I could make a nice vegan diner once in a while but I would be very unhappy if I couldn´t ever eat other foods. And eggs are a must.

hi,
I am vegetarian. But i know the benefits of having eggs for the body. I do agree with you to some extent. But there are other food items also which are nutritious. Eggs is one of them no doubt. Different types of seasonal fruits, vegetables and even for non vegetarians, fish, chicken and mutton are equally nutritious. In short there should be balanced diet.

I use eggs every single day of the week in many different ways although I don´t usually eat eggs at breakfast (I don´t want to spend my daily amount there as I will surely need to use them in other ways during the day). I invited the closest family the day of my birthday ( and had a party with friends the next week). I made 3 different quiches for the family. They loved them.

I have to agree with you. Eggs can be made in so many ways and in so may things. When I am tight on money I know I can make meals go further by serving egg salad, hard boiled eggs in salads, or omelets and french toast. Eggs are eggcellent!

thats right and according to my research eggs is good for the eyes it can prevent macular degeneration due to the carotenoid content, specifically lutein and zeaxanthin. Both nutrients more readily available to our bodies from egg than for other sources.
