Upgrading with Ptcbox

Hi friends, I want to ask you if it will be worthwhile to upgrade to Ptcbox. I heard it is a legit site and has been paying since a long time. I am a member of the site and have crossed the $1 mark. Can I cahout now? What's the minimum amount to cashout? Secondly, with a minimum of $30, one can be an upgraded member of the site for an year with the silver pace. The good thing is that one can use the balance from the earnings itself. It will take a lot of time to reach $30 straightaway. Paypal is an option. But for India there is the auto withdrawal system and the PP balance gets into the bank directly, even if one doesn't request the withdrawal. Can I still transfer the amount to the site before PP withdraws it? Is it allowed by PP? But I don't have $30 in my PP account at the moment. Does Ptcbox accept payment that is not $30? Please help me.
