You would never think that CSI would have inspirational quotes but I just heard
It being said,
“You can choice to live in fear, or you can choose to believe in the best version of yourself.”
What are your thoughts?
How many ways can we see this quote to be true?

I am a firm believer in positive thinking. Choosing to believe in the best version of yourself is positive thinking and has a positive impact on your life. With positive thinking all things are possible.
Unfortunately, more of us live in fear than we realize. Fear is the greatest inhibitor of all. If we live in fear we will never accomplish anything. Fear holds us back from our ambitions, our dreams, our goals in life. Fear keeps us from trying new things, trying the things that we really want to do with our lives. Fear of failure keeps us from growing and expanding our lives. Rather than choosing to live in fear, choose to believe in the best version of yourself. Choose to conquer your fear and believe that the best you can succeed in everything you want to do.

I like that quote. That also reminds me of a quote I like a lot in Dune where the quote goes "Fear is the mind killer". Also Jeb Corliss who is called the Human Bird because he jumps off high places with a suit he uses to glide said that for him he needs to filter out the fear that makes him freeze up but pay attention to the fear that keeps him from doing something stupid. Kind of interesting, so basically there is fear that can be helpful and other fear that hurts us and it is important to be able to learn the distinction.

I think I've heard CSI quote a quote once or twice. I know Criminal Minds does at the end of all of their episodes. I think the quote rings true, we can live in fear and accomplish nothing, dissolve no fears, or we can take the bull by the horns and giddy up, try and if we fail, atleast we've tried.

This holds true to those who believes in superstitions and hear-says. Superstitions are imposing us fear on a lot of things. If we believe in them, then fear would always set in and we won't seem to have anything else to do. But if you believe that for a certain situation, then you allow yourself to think of how things really are.

That's deep. Facing our fear to believe we are not bound by our fears.
I'm a slave to my phobia of driving in unfamiliar places. I asked S to be like a driver Ed instructor and let me saturate myself with driving. My anxiety is very uncomfortable but it won't kill me. Once I master something I am so oroud if myself.

You guys are both better than me because I don't even know how to drive. I have a fear of getting lost because I have poor spacial awareness, but I always go to new places on the bus when I have to. I always get to where I need to be but I always have that fear that I will get lost.
