Help getting thinner thighs???

I used to work out alot, using different equipment in the gym. Literally in only 3 days my thighs were super thin! I ended up not going to the gym after that. About 6 months later my thighs gained back the eight :( The gym I went to closed down, so I went to the new gym for a few months, I never ended up losing the weight in my thighs anymore.
I bought a stationary bike, I've only been losing hip weight, but I'm already a twig!
How can I get rid of fat in my thighs?

There are several different exercises you can try.
Squat with a ball- Basicly have a ball between your back and a wall and squat.
The Flamingo Balance- You need to look that up, hard to explain.
The Plymoetric Squat- Look that one up to.
The Single leg circle
Lunges with dumbells
toe squat with overhead reach
sun salution- yoga move
There are several others you can do. But my suggestion is to start yoga. It helps a lot.
