I have a computer and sibling keeps loggin in messenger as well on my computer. Now i dont know if each account when you login has separate settings, or if when one changes like message alert it will change on other too? however, i wanna know how to disable him loggin into msn, so that only i can login with my email? thing is i disabled him some gaming pages, cause he spends way too much time online, till like 4am in morning and its time to take some measure if he's not listening and i don't want him be on msn and again spend so much time online.

Why not just go the tough love route and change the password? Although saying that he could always just make a new account. You can if you have a half decent firewall before you log off for the night / day set the firewall to block out msn messenger so it won't connect. If he isn't computer 'savvy' at all he may not think to check into that.

When you login, sometimes it should say "remember login next time?" or "automatically login to messenger?" Or another way is login to your messenger just like normal, and sort of tool around with the settings. Go to settings, disable automatic login, and anything along those lines. Hopefully your problem will be solved soon. I know how annoying that can get!

hmm if i do that he will be logging with my id then and then its same as he'll be able to talk anyway, i was thinking of somehow disabling the login with other id than mine, but dont know if thats possible. and yes it's very annoying, he gets all mouthy too whenever u mention it to him, so its not like i can talk to him, he's 16yr old, so very tough age to deal with
