I do not like working in company that run by husband and wife

I know how it feels,, cos Im right in that position. I just want to quit, I feel uncomfort cos many times they mix family problem with work at office. I really dont like it, make me feel like unprofesional.

I think that it depends very much on the type of people that they are, but most of the time I think that it the best that you keep your work life and your home life separate, otherwise you might be spending too much time together which might not be the best for your relationship. When the couple argue, it can be very awkward for the other people in the company as they might not know just how much it's impacting on the company. I like to be able to have something to talk about at the end of the day and this would not be possible if you lived together and worked together.

Hi, but maybe you can explain alittle more about why you do not like working in company founded by husband and wife? are you working it one?
