According to natural doctors, allergic rhinitis can be fight thru the help of morning sunlight. You need to strengthen your lungs to fight this condition. You need to expose your back at morning sunlight for about 30 minutes. Do this daily to keep you lungs strong. Also, avoid taking bath after exposing your back. It is better too take a bath before doing this to prevent condensation of water in your lungs. Also, avoid taking bath in late in the afternoon. hope this will help.

I actually take a quick, cold bath whenever I have allergic rhinitis. It works wonders for me.

You can fight thru medications. Try an anti-histamine. It works best. Just be careful with the its side effects.

Hi, suziejia! I know exactly have you feel. I have asthma and allergic rhinitis can't be avoided. My advice to you is to drink generous amount of water everyday, exercise at least three times a week (any exercise would do but I would highly recommend cardiovascular exercise), keep your room or work area clean (free from dust and other allergens) and always carry a handy antihistamine inhaler or medicine prescribed by your doctor in your bag or pocket. To ease the discomfort brought by allergic rhinitis, you could try applying cold compress on your back, specifically on your lung region. This lessens the mucus secretion on your lungs.
