I am not so sure about this quote. I am less inclined to agree with the first half of the quote, "there is not logic" than with the second half of the quote. There may be times when logic dictates murder. I am not sure that this is a good enough reason, but aside from ethics, there can be logical reasons for murder.

But in the real world many non logical murders can also happened . I don't said all the murders don't need reasons for,.i simply said even non logical murders are also happened ...

I never read this quote before, and I would like to know the source. There is a shade lacking in English that we have in French and other Latin languages, between "murder" and "assassination" : an assassination is always premeditated, when a murder is not premeditated. To express this idea English speaks of "murder" and "premeditated murder" so this quote makes sense, technically speaking : when logic has something to do in a murder, it is a "premeditated murder"... but it was perhaps not what you were thinking about ?
