Do you help your referrals?

Referrals playing an important role in online earnings. Most of us are trying our best to get referrals and promoting our links in various ways. We will be happy if some one signed up with our best site under our referral link. It is our duty to guide our referrals in a good way.
Our new referrals don't know more about the site, as they are new to that site. We must teach about the site to them and taught about the do's and don'ts of that site and suggest them to check the terms and guidelines. Most of the sites offer the facility to communicate with our referrals through mails. We must use this facility to guide our referrals in a good way.
Some of our referrals are our friends and it is our duty to help them to increase their earnings. Always i try my best to help my referrals in various ways. I will guide them by communicating with them through personal message. I try my best to solve their doubts and show my payment proof to them as well as i will help them to get new referrals by promoting their links in my site and blog. What about you? Do you help your referrals? Are you interested in helping referrals? Do you think helping referrals will give more benefits to you?

Well I don't have any referals on any site that I'm on. I'd love to have some but I have no friends that are interested in making money online and I have tried putting my referal link in places but with no love. So if I did have some referals I would help by giving them tips and the do's and don'ts on a site etc. It's the nice thing to do since they were nice enough to be your referal to begin with. Would be great if I could get some active referals here on MyLot. I'm still new myself though so in time I will try and get a few :)

Hi friend, it is really hard to get our referrals to our online programs, we must work hard to achieve it. Join with various social sites like face book, twitter and others and make a lot of friends, it will help you

I had got many referrals for Mylot over the four years that I have been here and even tried to communicate with them on how to earn better from this site. But my bad luck they were too greedy to see instant effects and left this site without participating actively to see the results. I had a couple of referrals on a survey site from whom I earned but there is no way of contacting them now since the site does not let me know their details. I can just see that I have earned from them a one-time bonus. I do not know whether they are still active.
I am really eager to help my referrals. But sadly I am such a poor referrer. I tried to convince a friend recently to sign up using my referral link but she said that she feels online money-making sites are scams. I even offered to show her my payment proofs but then she came up with another excuse- that her father would not let her attach her bank account to Paypal since he did not believe in its legitimacy! There are many people who are like my friend; they will waste time on Facebook but always be reluctant to help another person and also themselves by being a referral.

Hi friend, good to hear that you are interested in helping referrals, you are right, it is really hard to get active referrals to this site, most of the mylot referrals are inactive as well as some people don't have faith with online earnings like your friend, it is really hard to change this kind of persons

Hi friend, yes, some sites don't allow us to contact with our referrals, but some sites providing the facility to contact our referrals, we can guide them using this facility

Hi friend, our time is precious to us. No one is interested in wasting their time and work with a scam site which don't provide anything, so only people requires proof before joining with a site. Even we are free members, we are working for the site and deserved for getting payment from them

Yes of course, you should always help referals. It is called leveraging.
Lets take Clixsense for example, consider that I am very interested in CS that I upgraded as a premium member. I only have three direct referals, whom I know personally, I think it is better to teach them how to earn, and the benefits of the website. The more that they learn about how the earnings will be, just like you, the more focused they will be, and the chance of getting them to upgrade as a premium member is going to be more likely. That means from the 3 referrals that you're helping out, you already earned $6 (from their upgrade). And the best part is, these three friends of you're (lets say now knows the round about), can now recruit their own three down-lines and teach them the same thing that you taught them. Good leveraging will continue. Down-lines will just simply multiply without your effort anymore :)

Hi friend, you are right. We will get more benefits by guiding our referrals, some people are interested in getting referrals, but don't give importance to teach the referrals, without proper guidance the newbies don't know how to work with the site and became inactive. If we guide our referrals about the site, we will get active referrals and increase our earnings.

I was once part of treasure trooper. Those days I used to help my refferrals and make them make more money. Of course, it also helped me reach payout soon. 
However, these days I do not refer anyone at all because I have started feeling that I can make more money by putiing some efforts for myself, instead of running behind referral income.

The first help a give to my referrals (and it goes both ways) is that I mostly exchange sites instead of waiting for someone to sign up at one of my sites for free. If there is no posibility of exchanging, I can offer them a small amount of money, such as they do at PTSU sites.
A free active direct referral is priceless. But it´s up to us that it remains so.

It would be great if I have a referral in ANY of my sites...well, I do but they're not active. Especially in MyLot. And I can't contact any of them at all aside for my family members who lives with me.

Honestly I do not ask people to join or sign under my ref.
Until now I don't have referral with my other sites, only here in Mylot.
I got 5 refs here in Mylot and only 1 is half active -lols.
I do promote and invite my friends to join earning site but once they said they are not interested I do not force and won't ask the next time.
I am not good when it comes to online ref, but with offline networking I can say that I am doing fine with convincing people

Jai, good to know that you have 1 semi active referral here, i too have the ability to convince offline people, as i am doing business. Now i am good in online referrals, as i am promoting links in social sites to get referrals and fb is the best place to get referrals.

Really what you say is very important and correct too but i have noticed very few people, actually very negligible, are responding to referrals. Why it is so i do not digest.

Hi friend, we must guide our referrals in a good way to get benefits from them, i know lot of people are worrying that their referrals are not active with their site, it is really hard to become active with a site, if we don't know anything about it. If we want our referrals to be active with our site, we must teach about the site to them.
