Regardless of what I do, if it's done or not.
unfortunately, I am stuck with sleeping from two in the morning and waking up around eight.
I think i have insomnia and am starting to hate it to boot. it's only late that i've come to notice that. just remembered watching a news cast about people having good perspective in life if they sleep early. but most often, am a night owl and can't help it.
Isn't it too late to sleep much earlier than that or have higher hours of sleep?
but yesteday i had a noon nap too so i think i had more sleep.

I noticed that as i was getting older i get lesser sleep. So i attribute it to aging.

Hello toniganzon, i think you're still young and can make it up to the lost times where yo didn't exercise. no, i think we shouldn't let the age weakened our desire to stay young and healthy. we should always do something about sleeping early, righ now two in the morning is a bit of an improvement to me. have a nice day.

Yes i'm young at the age of 34! But before i turned 30 i was in bed at 8 and woke up at 6. As i was getting older the sleeping pattern changed. I noticed that with my grandparents as well. Even though they sleep less they are still very active. My grandfather at 95 still tends our backyard and exercises each time he wakes up.

Though excessively long hours of sleep could be harmful for health, it is but necessary that you must have at least six hours of uninterrupted trouble-free sleep to maintain good healthy attitudes.Sleeping too much would make you lethargic but having less sleep would make you useless too.

Hello Sukumar794, Thank you for your concen, so that means i shouldn't sleep too much and having at least six hours of sleep is definitely enough for me. having sleep so late can cause the back pain for me. i can't believe i went through a lot and not be able to do nothing at the earliest possible time. Have a nice day.

it is okay to sleep 6 hours a night, if you had a noon nap you might want to stop taking them so you can sleep earlier at night or sleep in later in the morning.

Hello winterose, I had a afternoon nap two days ago but even though i didn't take a nap i still end up sleeping late. probably the best thing to do is excess doing it all in the afternoon. that's my problem when it comes to doing online, i sometimes get lazy and stop for hours. have a nice day

i think quality sleeping time is more essential, deep sleep is better even if its only for 2 hours than a long restless and interrupted sleep.
i am to a sufferer of longer nights awake than sleeping maybe because of worrying too much.

Some people are early risers and they are most likely early sleepers too. However there are others who sleep late, night owls like you. They just can't sleep any earlier. I notice that these people tend not to get enough sleep on a daily basis but will sleep more during the weekends when they are not working. I don't know whether it is too late to adjust your sleeping patterns.

Hi Letran, nowadays i see myself hard to fall asleep before 12 midnight as well. I only able to sleep after the time had passed 12 midnight. I don't know why, i tend to find books to read to be able to calm myself down, then only able to fall asleep. Maybe it is because of the daily matters that distress us a lot, that makes our eyes hard to shutdown. Have you tried listening to music, to fall asleep soundly? I think i might need to start listen to music again, to have a good sleep pattern again. hope you will be able to solve your sleeping problem soon.

I know what you feel like. The last few weeks I have been getting an average of 4 hrs a night and I am so tired. I try to go to bed early but just lay there wide awake. I need to sleep in one of these days lol. Hopefully I can Saturday cause I have the day off. It will be a much needed day to catch up on sleep

Hello Lauraleigh99, Oh, NO i don't think i want to sleep around four hours there because it's really gonna give me the freaking drain. it's already sickenign enough that you get sick after sleeping late continously. you can rest and sleep the whole day when week ends comes. Have a nice day.

what keeps you awake until two in the morning? are you doing some business or you just really can't sleep early even if your in bed already? If so, well I think that's really a bad sleeping habit and it's bad for your health.

I could say that I may be sleep hardly 6 or 5 and half hours daily. Because I have no other way to control over my home, study, Mylotting and all with the remaining 18 hours. There is no other way. So I prefer to sleep not more than 6 hours daily . Unless I hadn't sleep well I can not active well on the morning.

Hello thewonderboy, Well, if you have to study it's really gonna take time and a lot of memorizing to do. just sleep within six hours an that's enough because sleeping less than six hours could lead you into nervous, easily irritated and prown into anger. better start sleeping now before it's too late my friend

Six hours of sleep should be quite enough, but for me, they are not. If I don't sleep 8 hours or more, I don't function well the whole day. Unfortunately, lately I have had some problems with my sleep, but I hope they will pass. I've been very stressed, and I wake up in the middle of the night, without being able to sleep again for an hour or so. It is very frustrating, and also tiring.
