Just saw on the flash news earlier, that the committee who reviewed the Pacman-Bradley fight declares Pacman the winner. All 5 members gave more points to Manny. However, they dont have the power to change the decision made during the game, so they suggest a rematch.

Of course Manny won the fight. I think what WBO did is just to give in to the clamor of the angry fans who knew that the decision was a rip off. Now they are claiming that that manny really won? come on, those guys knew that all along. It's just a "consuelo de bobo". If they can't reverse they decision, why review it in the first place?

It served its purpose, I believe. It gave Pacman and his fans and followers the affirmation to their claim that they won. And, whether or not the belt is given back to him, it sure was good to know that WBO rates Pacman as the winner of that controversial fight.

Hi: I used to anticipate the Pacquiao fights even if I miss lunch, we were the technical team for the set up of the cable TV and projector for public viewing of the fight live from MGM. After the decision was announced, like the others, I was left speechless for a second. Then I realized what a fool I have been made, leaving family and friends for work at the gym, skipping lunch, all for that godforsaken fight. Now I've lost faith in the game, I thought, they get the dollars and I get the nasty end. From now on, come what may, its goodbye watching boxing for me. I remember it is just like the wrestling match they staged for entertainment. As I see it, the producers want to get more money out of Pacman, they need to keep the business alive up to the extent of rigging the results to get the most of it. When Arum cried "foul," I know its another show to the world to demonstrate how foolish we are. Another game, another money-making scheme, who's up for it now? Not me, for sure.

You could be right. Its business, afterall. Arum may have even planned this all, coz both Bradley and Pacman are his fighters. He gets money either way.

Well this is the first time I heard that a decision of the judges were over ruled by WBO. Although their declaration was not official since they cannot reverse the decision of the judges. So the belt remains with Bradley unless a rematch would be done. Oh well, it looks like a half baked decision. He is declared winner but could not retake his belt because they have no power over it?

It was just done because it was requested by Top Rank mgmt. And, they would really upset all of Pacman's fans if they wouldn't. Regardless if Bradley returns the belt or not, it was good enough to hear from WBO that Pacman should have won the fight. And, Bradley does not deserve a rematch.

I really think that is not a surprising news at all! Well, all we can do is wait.. I'm sure Pacman will try as hard as he can to KO Bradley on their rematch. And I am almost certain he can do it!

It is not surprising, but it is affirming. Its best that we got the confirmation from the experts so we don't sound like sour losers claiming the win for Pacman.

That's really a great news for me. I've been waiting for that kind of announcement these days. I don't care if they can't change the decision, the important thing is --- Filipinos and Pacman's fans all over the world will sit at peace right now knowing that the true result was provided by the WBO themselves.

I'm sure they are all happy and at peace. It took days before people stopped talking about the loss. Perhaps, those who bet for Pacman were really pissed. And, they can't even get their money back even with WBO's results. Too bad!
