All MyLotters are welcomed to comments or give feedbacks on the four reason why weight loss devotees must guard against hunger silence. My research have discover that some of the reasons could be firstly numbling through quickly or averting hunger pangs. Secondly, dieting habits that encouraging tuning out the need for food. Thirdly, the choice of avoiding food for another activity. And lastly, skipping breakfast to justify the need to keep trim. With this starter, I hope that some comments are forthcoming. OK? Thanks

I keep trim and I am never hungry. I just eat foods that are unprocessed with lot's of fiber and a high water content like vegetables and fruits. I also eat grains like wheat and Quinoa and I have no idea why that is coming up misspelled as it is spelled correctly and was around way longer than my lot's spell check, ha ha.
Anyway, if you eat correctly you can avoid hunger pangs entirely. Just because you diet does not mean you are hungry. I am now finally recovered from my last child and down to 98'lbs and will not go back up hopefully until my late fifties early sixties.

forsouls1234 no no do not let yourself gain weight in the fifties and sixties as that spells fat cells that over come the insulin thats trying to get sugar into our muscle cells, thus making us diabetic with sugar free in our blood. the fifties and sixties are when a lot of men and women become type two diabetics because they put on weight and the fat cells start stopping the insulin from doing its job of getting the sugar into our needy muscle cells where it belongs. so plan on not putting on any weight.I did not know this until I had already become a diabetic. so if my explaining this will help stop some from becoming type 2 diabetics I will feel I have done some good.

You know what? It's funny that you said that about fat cells. Because when I was younger I did happen to have that view. I never gained any weight but I did have that particular view on it, oh if I gain it I'll just lose it. I never knew that once you have a fat cell its there forever.
So once I read this or saw it on t.v. or wherever I found out I started really watching. Especially after I was done having kids. It took me a year to get off eight pounds because I am really small. I know, I have a mother in law with a diabetic husband that she just married and had it in my family. I'm really careful and I limit my kids sugar as well.
I know it is inevitable as our metabolism slows but I'm going to try to keep myself at a reasonable weight. I want to live for my kids. I'm so glad you yourself care about yourself, bad sugar. Bad bad sugar ha ha ha.

I think too that to slim down you don't need to skip meals, it makes it worst. It makes you crave more. Beside the point " how can you find that much money to by food because prices keeps going up, you have to because more you know "savvy" in every corners of your life.
