I just don't know what's wrong on my paypal account or is it on the bank here in the Philippines. I have made a withdrawal transaction last June 12, 2012. After a day, an email was sent on my email address.. telling me that I can withdraw my money on June 18, 2012.. But when I tried to check my bank account, the money was not still there. I am just wondering where is it already? I have been wanting that money even though it's just a small amount. I have tried rechecking it on June 20 and even just awhile ago.. Was the transaction failed already?? Or do I need to go to the bank and follow up my withdrawal?? What should I do??

Thanks for the response yallit. I did appreciate it. Well, I use Unionbank. Actually, all my past withdrawals were fine. I can even received all my money in just 3 days. It's just now than I get so worried. And it's actually my first time to encounter this. I hope the bank could solve my problem. Anyway, just this early morning the paypal customer service sent me a response regarding my problem. And they have indeed explained that my transaction was fine. Maybe I should really contact my bank to know how was my money. I have checked my paypal account and all my details regarding my bank were correct.
Hopefully, this day I could find all the answers on my problem. Thanks again and God bless..
@KCLGphilsBSA.. actually you can use those banks who have a VISA/MASTERCARD on it. Just try asking the bank of it. They will surely respond to you.

I'm really thankful that someone here have answered like this. I've been looking for someone who can tell that Paypal is really possible and wreck-free in Philippine transactions. Now i know one bank that supports paypal. :D

Better call the Paypal customer care and ask this whole thing, they might help you, or if you have Paypal branches at your country then try to talk to them face to face. The same was happened to me two years ago, I did called the customer service and they refunded my money after 20 days. It was only $5 :-)

Yes, I have already contacted the paypal and my bank.. Still, my problem has not been solved yet. My bank told me that they have not received the money yet. But I have already received an email from paypal that they are transferring the money to my bank. They even state the date when I could withdraw it. Anyhow, I have mailed the paypal again to know what's really going on. I have been having transactions even before but it's just now that I encountered this kind of problem. Hopefully tomorrow I could receive an email from paypal again and be able to also refund my money. It's also a small amount but still I have worked for it. I even took many weeks just to have that money. So, I must really try my very best to solve this.
Thanks again and have a good day ahead..

It is just weird why the money is not deposited into your bank account while Paypal sent you an email telling you it is alright to withdraw now. There are a few explanation on it, one will obviously think it is either Paypal make a mistake or your bank fail to credit your account. Nothing to worry, go ahead and email the Paypal admin. to confirm your payment transaction had gone through, then go to your bank's website recheck your saving account again. Everything will be alright just be patient and follow up my advice, you will get your money back in due time.

Thanks for the positive thoughts Lampar. I did appreciate your suggestions. Yes, I'll be patient in waiting for this problem of mine be solved smoothly. Anyway, it's indeed weird. And I am so confused what's really happening behind this?? I can still remember my last transaction. Though it was several months ago.. But still I know that the details of my bank account that I have placed on my paypal account are correct. And I have made my withdrawal transaction completed. I have actually mailed the paypal this morning again after I have called the bank. Because the bank has not received the money yet.-- that's based from the person I have contacted on Unionbank's customer service this morning. Even though the paypal confirmed my withdrawal last June 12.. still I mailed them again.. to ask what's really the problem of this??
Still I need to be patient. That's the best thing that I can do, right!?
Thanks again and have a good day/night.

I think it is better to contact your bank authorities to solve such issues. They guarantees the money if you are true. So if you are true with the things then you need not to worried much about it. The bank authorities will surely help you.

Most of the time we will get our paypal transaction in our bank account within a week, some times it takes more days due to various reasons. In some cases bank may resend our money to paypal due to some issues and we are in need to pay 5 dollars to paypal for this kind of reversed transaction.
If it takes a long time to get your paypal amount in your bank account, just send a message to paypal via their twitter @ask paypal. They will check the transaction and send the reply to us, otherwise contact your bank about the transaction. For me the better choice is contacting the paypal. The customer service persons in paypal's twitter support is very friendly and help the clients in time.
Last month one of my transaction is reversed by my bank due to the bank issue. I sent a message to paypal and they suggested me to use another bank. After that i changed my bank, now i am getting money in my bank without issues. First of all we must contact our bank branch and find out they are having smooth transaction with paypal. Some bank branches always gives some unwanted issues with paypal transaction, better to change your bank if you have this kind of issues.

Thanks for the response Vidhyaprakash.. I did appreciate it.
Yes, I have contacted the paypal's customer service and they suggested me to contact my bank.. Hopefully this 9am.. this problem could be solved. I have been withdrawing money since then. It's just now that I have experienced this problem. Thanks also for the idea of contacting paypal at twitter. I didn't know that they have that. I'll also add them on my account just to contact them every time I'll have a problem.
Have a nice day ahead..

I say that you better check on it with the customer assistance of your bank. When you made a withdrawal it should be there already unless there have been a mistake in the bank account the you put in your paypal. Also check if you place the correct name/bank account #.

Okay. I'll try contacting the bank this 9am.. Actually, I'm so grateful today that I have received an email from paypal telling me that I should contact my bank. And they have also acknowledge me for sending that message. I did feel honored that they have responded immediately.
I did check my name of my bank account and its account number. It's actually correct. I have been receiving my earnings from online jobs way back then. And I was really worried when this incident happened to me. I did not expect any problem like this. Even before, my withdrawal transactions are completed swiftly. I hope the bank could answer my queries about my problem.
Thanks for the comment Rkennedee. I did appreciate it. I am actually overwhelmed form the comments I received today. Thanks again and God bless..

Who's the sender of the e-mail? I can't really understand it. If paypal was the one who sent the message to you, then you should repeat withdrawing your paypal funds because you've said that after a day an email was sent to you that you can withdraw it on the 18th. Meaning, you haven't completed your attempt on the 12th. I don't know if i'm right.. Hope this helps.. anyway, did you already have past withdrawals without any problems? What bank is it? i'm also a filipino eh . :D

Hi KCLGphilsBSA.. Sorry if you can't understand my discussion. I have also noticed that I have not stated it clearly. Anyway, the sender of the mail is the paypal. They sent me a mail stating that I could withdraw my money on my bank last June 18, 2012. But I have been so patient in waiting for it until now. I have even completed the withdrawal transaction. But still I am waiting for the money to come on my bank. I also placed the correct bank name and account number. Still, I don't know what happened to my money. Anyway, just a while ago, I opened my mail and I was really overwhelmed because of the response of paypal. I did appreciate it. They suggested to contact my bank. I do hope the bank could really answer all my queries..
By the way, before I forget, I have been receiving money from my online jobs for a year now. All my past withdrawals were okay. I am actually using Unionbank.
Thanks for the response. I did appreciate it. Good to hear you're a Filipino. And I think you're a BSA student.. I know it's so clear from your username. Anyway, thanks again and God bless..
