Don’t avoid breakfast…..

Here are main reasons why one should not avoid breakfast....
• Helps perform better at work and school. Hungry employees and students
don’t do any good at work and school.
• There are food which we have only as a part of our breakfast like cereals,
fruits and milk. If you bypass your breakfast you might never get those
nutrients.
• Not having breakfast makes you grouchy. You might not even realise it and
keep wondering why you’re so irritable.
• Blood sugar level drops down in the morning, healthy breakfast can provide
you energy to get through the morning and this improves your metabolism.
• Researchers have found that those who eat breakfast tend to maintain and
lose weight
• It helps to maintain insulin response.
• If you have breakfast you can burn those calories early.
• By having breakfast, if you have kids, you could set a good example for
them.
Be careful to not to have dessert for breakfast, it will cause blood sugar loss later on and you will be tempted to eat even more.
Read the labels carefully, even if it says ‘nutritious’ look into the details and understand if your body needs that kind of food to start the day.

It's true that breakfast it the most important meal. My day will not be complete without it and also I grew up always taking breakfast before leaving the house.

When I can, I eat breakfast, and I FEEL myself that if I don't eat breakfast or eat it sloppily (like I grab only an empty roll), I become tired more easily during the day. One of my classmates even fainted in class, because he never eats breakfast.

i always had my breakfast in the morning before i carry out my daily routines. breakfast is my favourite meal. if i don't have my breakfast, i will be tired and not in the mood to do anything. so , i always sure that i wake up early so that i have my breakfast

yes, you are right we should have breakfast and we should not skip it because we need all nutrition, vitamin and energy in morning and we can get it from food we have in the morning.
it has many benefits most of them you have already mentioned.
there is a quote/message/saying.
Eat Breakfast like a king/queen;
Eat lunch like a commoner;
Eat dinner like a peasant/beggar.
but we do not follow this we and do completely different.

There are a lot of people out there who skip breakfast. I love breakfast though and all it takes is just getting up 30 minutes earlier so you have time to eat it. A lot of people these days are just rushing everywhere but I like to sit down and take my time eating :D

If that happens maybe just buy some bananas and take one with you on your way out or if you are able to get some breakfast biscuits or maybe a muesli bar as well. Healthy things that are easy to take with you. I do that even if I've hadbreakfast but need a morning snack :)

My work schedule is quite unusual---I start work at 4:30 am. My first meal of the day is at 8:00am, and I already consider that lunch since the meal is had in the middle of my working day. So I always say I don't really have breakfast. However, I eat another full meal and 1:30pm and another at 7:00pm. Which makes the 8:00am meal really breakfast. However, since I wake up at 3:30am and eat 4.5 hours after that, that's not really breakfast.

You are right. The breakfast is quite important. It is even the most important meal in a day. The doctors say that we shall eat like a king for the breakfast. So you can see the importance of the breakfast. I always have my breakfast. Even if I am in a hurry to go to work, I still will eat something before I leave home. It will be good for my health.

I don't always eat breakfast, but I know that it is the most important meal of the day. I know that it can effect you in more ways then one, and irritablity is one. A good night's sleep goes along with a great start to the day.

One of the reasons why I sometimes eat breakfast is because of acid on my stomach. During the time when we're all asleep, our stomach produces bile so that we don't go hungry. I have too much acid on my body that's why every morning, after I wake up I drink 500 ml of water. That's also one of the reasons why I can handle not eating breakfast for as long as 4 hours. If I get hungry, that's the only time I eat. Though, I understand that the concept of eating breakfast is healthy, it is unhealthy for me to force food into my body when I am not hungry at all. I tend to feel like throwing up if I eat and my stomach doesn't want anything solid thrown in it.
I eat in order to live, I don't live in order to eat.

I like eating breakfast all the time and don't want skip it cause it is really important. I never leave the house not eating breakfast even just a bit. It is really important vuae it give the energy to start the day. But there are some people who used to not eat breakfast at all.

I am a person who used to eat breakfast on time. I know they are the one which is very important to have a good day. I feel, a day without them is really a day without energy. Breakfast is the one which gives energy fro the whole day. So I give them a great importance and I used to have them on time.

Your absolutely right,breakast give us energy and good for the health. I eat my breakfast everyday and I noticed that I became more active at work. Also breakfast improved my digestion activites and maintained bowel movement. Thanks.

You are right breakfast is necessary otherwise acidity problem arise. Nice points explain here thanks for sharing this discussion. Lightweight breakfast like biscuit with tea is also good.

When I was in highschool, I used to eat every morning. Then my life became more and more intense, and I became too busy to take breakfast. For quite a while, I began having breakfast again. I surely feel the difference. I feel like having more energy, and I feel better the whole day.
