Transcription jobs at home- not mturk

I love doing transcription jobs and I found some at Mturk. The trouble with Mturk is that they don't pay workers from other countries, like the Philippines, with cash money - only amazon gift certificates. Can somebody please tell sites that offer transcription jobs and give a decent pay? I mean sites where one doesn't need to go bidding anymore.
