What do you do when your boyfriend play computer games?

I know what you are saying my boyfriend likes to play ps3, i often go and watch something on netflick or i do something on my laptop when he wants to play games.

I'm not a gamer anymore. Since i graduate high school, my habbit of playing games is somehow gone, but i never really understand why so many people bothered with the habit. Well, one thing for me, I love playing games. Well, if I don't enjoy that particular game that he is playing, I will then go to sleep... catch up on my beauty sleep. I think your bf should learn to draw a line between you and the games.

Luckily, my boyfriend doesn't really play many video games, and he's not really into computers so he doesn't play computer games either. Everyone else plays them in our house pretty much, besides me, him, and his uncle. His other uncle and the two kids are always playing computer or video games. My boyfriend does play Angry Birds a lot though! I make fun of him cause he's always like, "Okay, this is my LAST try!" But he can never stop! It's addicting I tell you! He only plays it once in a great while, so I don't complain. I'm always on Facebook on my phone, so I figure letting him on Angry Birds for a little bit isn't something to complain about.

I am a male and it is pretty normal for us to be playing such games. Also, I have a girlfriend that also feels the same way like you do. But I always minimize my gaming hours when we are together for I worry too much when I see her being jealous or wanting to be with me. Regarding your question, my girlfriend will just kill time by means of studying or hanging out with her friends too.

well play also.. back in college days when my x-boyfriend ( hubby now ) would play starcraft and the likes.. i would also end up playing thesims hehe!

I think it's a man thing. Especially when it comes to war games and sports games and just plain stupid shooting whatever-it-is games. When my husband and I shared a desktop we constantly got into fights over who had the computer and now we both make sure we each have a working laptop so that we can do our own thing. I do my online earning a lot and Hubby does his games, but he is a good Daddy and spends quality times with the kids, and if our family's taken care of then I'm satisfied.

This is my permanent problem with my bf. He has found an online game with tanks fight where he can play in a team with his friends, so they call each other and arrange their schedule in order to play! It is awful for me because he stays in front of the computer for hours and he doesn't stop unless all of his freinds decide to logout of the game! Sometimes I make fun of him but in reality it is annoying for me because when he is in front of the computer screen, nothing else exists around him, including me :P

My husband loves to play NBA live in our house but before he even go out and stayed in the internet cafe for along hour but I decided to buy him a new desktop and NBA live 2012 to make him stay at home. While he is playing computer games I am sometimes I read magazine, cook book or responding here in mylot. In my own opinion it is better to see my husband playing computer games than doing other unnecessary habits. But for you I think you should talk to him about your feelings so that he will give time to you.

Well, give him two options 1)Continue playing his games 2)Accompany you doing other things Ask him to choose only one. If he choose the first then i must say its not worth your time to stick with him. Just my view on this so please do not blame me for being nasty. Thanks

Honestly, one of the reasons why my boyfriend and I fought it's because he always play computer games.. i felt that he likes playing games than being with me. So, I always arguing with him about that thing... As the time goes by, I decided to stop and having fight with him because I'm tired. I just think that it is more better to understand him and he is just playing games not flirting with other girls.
