I have found myself lately just...totally immersed in books. Every spare moment at home or work, or even waiting in line at Target, my nose is in a book. In the past week, I have finished "Fifty Shades of Grey" by EL James, "Sense of Evil" by Kay Hooper, and "The Glass Castle" by Jeanette Walls. That has to be a record for me! I just took out 2 more books from the library: Ellen Degeneres (SP)'s memoir "Seriously, I'm kidding" and James Patterson's "9th Judgement". So far I am on about page 80 on the JP book. It's good, as to be expected from him! By the way, Fifty Shades was surprisingly really good (although a little.. graphic for me at some parts) and The Glass Castle was EXCEPTIONALLY good - wow! Definitely read it if you haven't already! Also on my to read list is... *Portia De Rossi's memoir *Ashley Judd's memoir *the 10th James Patterson book (10th reunion, I think it's called) *the rest of the Fifty Shades trilogy (books 2 & 3) And that's about it right now. What are you planning on reading? What is on your official to - read list? And what have you read that is good lately?

That's so funny that you listed the Fifty Shades series, because I've been really wanting to read that as well! I guess "The Hunger Games," should be on my list too, but I read some of the first book and it totally didn't catch my attention. However, I heard it really gets good when the games actually start. My favorite author is Piers Anthony, and I'd love to read more of his books. I need to finish, "The Incarnations of Immortality" series...They're great!

Hi maezee... Oh, you have owned a great habit. Keep it up. Well, i get very less time to read fiction. As a professor on literature i am bound to read course oriented books to teach my students and equally to update me. Now i am reading on "comparative literature". Its history on latin literature and russian. Have a nice time.

I have lots of books waiting to be read. But I've been witnessing a strange event in which I find myself not having much interest to stick my nose in those books. I hope the reading mood will come again soon. Anyway, those books that I hope to read in the near future are: One Day - David Nichols(actually in progress) The Diary of a little girl Anne Frank (not sure if that's the exact title though) Angela's ashes (by Frank something? Can't recall) Street Lawyer by John Grisham? Memory Keeper's daughter by can't remember who Sherlock Holmes stories (reading) Leo Tolstoy's Anna Kerinna (thick one) and lots of others.
