Take only three to five minutes to make and "voila" it is ready and it give you good energy for the whole morning don't have to eat between breakfast and lunch. What do you think about a good breakfast like that, that hold you for the whole mornng until lunch?

oh yes! cream of wheat is a delicious and healthy breakfast beenice! i loved it as a child and i ate a lot of it when i was pregnant with my son...i liked eating it for breakfast as a child because our alternative hot breakfast was old fashioned oatmeal and that was very filling and made me feel sick, but my parents said that was the point, that the psychoartist needed food to stick to her ribs...as a child the psychoartist was very skinny! now that i am not skinny i like oatmeal more with lashings of butter and brown sugar and milk...but i also like the flavor of cream of wheat...it is very delicate and delicious...i saw a box of cream of rice in the grocery the other day but i have never tried it...have you?

I had been thinking of this last night, I wanted to have it in the morning today. But it was already so hot today at about 85 degrees so I didn't bother. I wanted to put some fresh blueberries in it, I think it's best with raisons too but can't eat them much. I guess I'll wait to have it when it gets slightly cooler. Summertime is a bad season to eat hot cereal in the morning for me.

Are you sure it has the most fiber in it? Fiber one makes granola bars that can be eaten for breakfast, or with breakfast, and at only 140 calories per bar, they carry 35% of your daily fiber...Which means if you only eat two during the day, you've already eaten over half of your daily fiber. They're definitely worth it. Plus, they're so quick and easy...Just open the bar and eat it. :)
