i agree you use Face Book as your medium to spread on your family, friends, etc. about your blog. whenever you made an update to your blog, post your blog's link to your wall and say something, like there is an update, or give a teaser about your post, or whatsoever. the more friends you have, the more chances you will have visitors on your blog site :) good luck!
