a movie starring Emily Blunt, Rupert Friend and Paul Bettany. it was wonderful since i am a fan of period drams. it may not be entirely historically accurate but it had a good story, great acting and the music and setting was nice too.

The Young Victoria seems to be a good movie worth watching, by ratings and good reviews in imdb made me think to download the movie and watch it ..

I have seen it several times, Lady. I also enjoy historic drama and romances. Emily did a fine job as the young Victoria. I will see it again or even buy the DVD. Our PBS station just ran a mini-series about Victoria's empire. According to this two part documentary Prince Albert did a lot of work and acted more like a king than the movie showed. The documentary focused more on his achievements than any of Victoria's. I found it very disturbing and disappointing. I was not... amused.
